Barwon Child, Youth & Family (BCYF) is an independent, not-for-profit community service organisation, which is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by a skilled and experienced executive team. It operates in the Barwon Area of the Western Division of Victoria.
The Board oversees BCYF’s performance and the delivery of the Strategic Plan and monitors the performance of the organisation at 10 or more formal Board meetings per year.
