BCYF’s Early Years team provides a range of supports for children and families across the Barwon Region, including Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast and Colac Otway Shire.

Early Supports

Barwon Child, Youth & Family’s Early Supports are designed to build capacity in you and your child to promote everyday learning – at home and in other environments. Early Supports are available for children and their families who present with developmental concern and are younger than 6 years of age.

The service is goal focused and aims to address specific concerns.

We work in partnership with families and carers to build parent capacity and confidence. We also work with other services to make sure your child is included and participates in everyday settings such as kinder or playgroup.

Early Supports can be delivered one-on-one or in group settings.
