Accommodation Support

Housing support for young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness

Supported living options for disadvantaged young people (15-25) who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, including crisis accommodation and transitional housing. Individual support for young people in, or seeking, private rental, other accommodation options, exiting institutions or statutory care.

City Limits Refuge and Case Management

Barwon Child, Youth & Family offers a range of accommodation options for young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with assistance towards independent living or reconciliation with families.

Respite provided for young people who need 'time out' from home while support is provided to families.

City Limits provides short term emergency accommodation for young women (16-20 years and young men (16-18 years). Out of hours contect 1800 825 955.

Independent living options

Access to independent living options for young people aged 15-25. Target groups include young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and low income earners at risk of being unable to maintain accommodation in the private rental market.

Youth Entry Point / Intake

Accommodation and housing services

For young people (15-25) across the Geelong and Colac region who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Services include screening, assessment, housing information and referral, housing establishment, resource registry, resource matching and secondary consultation.

Housing Pathways imageHousing Pathways Program

In Victoria, each year approximately 500 young people aged 16-18 leave State care and often must make the transition to independence without the support of a family. BCYF’s new Housing Pathways Program is aiming to reduce youth homelessness by providing additional accommodation options for these vulnerable young people. 

You can make a difference by leasing your investment property to BCYF.
