BCYF (Barwon Child, Youth & Family) is a leading, not-for-profit community service organisation that provides, delivers and develops services, where the need exists, that advance the rights and well-being of children, young people and their families.
BCYF offers a broad and diverse range of services that enable us to respond in a meaningful way to the increasing range of complex community needs and issues.
This supports our vision for a community where people are safe, connected and empowered to live well.
BCYF welcomes prospective carers from all backgrounds, including the LGBQTI+ community. In fact, Foster Carers with a range of life experience is exactly what we're looking for to meet the needs of equally diverse children and young people requiring care.
At BCYF we know the importance of a child’s early years and that providing families with access to high quality, early childhood educational programs will help children achieve better outcomes for their future.
BCYF operates seven kindergartens across Geelong and Colac where children can enjoy an educational experience that is inspiring, innovative and inclusive.
Early childhood tertiary qualified teachers plan and implement educational programs across three-year-old and four-year-old services while providing a safe, secure and welcoming environment in which children can develop and learn.
